Fixed PWG-Raster image dimensions to match the selected paper size

We observed that the width and height of the resultant PWG-Raster image,
written as part of the PWG header, are smaller than the selected paper
size. Hence, some PWG-Raster printers interpret this as a custom media
size and fail to find an appropriate media source in the trays, leading
to print job failure. In this change, we do not adjust the printable
area again so that the PWG-Raster printer gets the correct width and
height of the output image.

Test: Print a letter sized PDF that has content at the edges to a
PWG-raster printer loaded with Letter paper. Confirm printout
does not have clipping.
